Omnitouch BEEP glitch

Just noticed a wierd thing with the Omnitouch 5.7 & Omnitouch 5.7e's.  Occassionally the beep goes flat to a buzz sound instead of the beep sound.  My wife brought it up to me today.  I don't understand why its affecting both the legacy Omnitouch and newer IP Omnitouch screens.  I reset them and all is OK until the next time.  I don't really know what is causing the screen sound to change though. 
 
Its probably caused by me; not really though knowing though what is is that I am doing to cause the issue; but it occurs on all of the screens at once and having to reset the screens one at a time is kind of a PITA.

  I don't think it's anything you've done, ............mine get the 'squawk' sound about every 5-6 months.  Strange as the system has really no other issues than that.

Yup; its more of a "squawk" than a buzz.  It does sound different on the Omnitouch 5.7 versus the Omnitouch 5.7e.  I am relatively issue free.  
 
Just posting about it because I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.
 
I have been using CCTV video just fine except now looking to "adjust" the Omnitouch 5.7e's a bit for the 16:9 video CCTV stuff and noticed that the Omnipro software for touchscreens doesn't work with my CCTV stuff as the Omnitouch 5.7e's do.
 
This now has me trying the screen designer program and hoping to integrate a bit more than just the panel and video stuff into some simple designs.
