One Wireless Camera to 2 Receivers

First is it possible where I can have ONE wireless camera with VIDEO AND AUDIO and TWO (2) receivers to connect to two monitors?  I need that one camera to be beamed to 2 receivers with monitors.  Wifi not available.
 
2nd...if so, any recommend solutions?
 
The attached file is my rendition of what I envision the system to be.

Sure, you could have 100 of them if you want. Most non-IP ones are one-way, like a baby monitor, for example.  You can watch the baby and so can your neighbors.

Here utilize the Grandstream encoder / decoder with my Grandstream cameras.  The device only works with Grandstream cameras.  I do access the IP cameras with more than one device but am not sure if you could have two decoders wtih one camera.  Guessing you could though.

For the sake of argument..if I had a DVR where everything coming in and out was hardwired and the DVR only had one Video output and one audio output could I split the Audio by just using a Y connector to 2 monitors?  
 
When I split the Video with a splitter to 2 monitors is there much of a degradation in the picture?

You could split the composite analog output, however the splits tend to lose X amount of db of the original signal. Whether or not the attenuation has an impact depends on the cable, length and method used to send the video (coax vs. UTP).
 
If you're concerned, there's plenty of 1:4 powered distribution amplifiers. All you would do is terminate the unused ports to keep from "polluting" the air with stray RF, so to speak.
