OPII not showing up in ATT gateway

Unable to configure port forwarding due to panel not showing up on gateway. Can ping all day within the network and Snaplink works fine within the network. Anyone come across this?
 
Sounds like the problem is the ATT gateway is not very flexible.  You likely have a static IP address on your OPII, but because the gateway didn't assign an address via DHCP, it doesn't see or know that the OPII is on the network.  Can you do a DHCP reservation in the gateway and put in an entry for the OPII?
 
Figured it out. Just had to use my static IP of the panel without it showing up in my IP list. Kinda back door but it worked. Thanks
