I have a similar problem with OmniStat2's using Zigbee.  If you send many commands at once, some don't make it.  The temps do seem to make it OK, but the mode often doesn't make it.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. With vacations and business trips I have been having trouble getting time with the people I needed to work with on this issue. Fortunately they took the initiative found and fixed the bug. We should have a firmware release shortly. This fix was simple but we are in the middle of some other changes/additions so getting it released is taking a little longer than I had hoped.
