PC ACCESS 1105W Dealer

Hi,
I'm trying to buy the dealer pc access (1105W), but i'm having some problem to retrieve it, here in Italy.
In some sellers i find the product in "out of stock", somewhere else they don't ship in Italy.

Do u know how can I buy/download the software? Or if there is another software that i can use ...
