In Feb. 2009, I upgraded my PC Access to 3.0, via the internet. I received a link and a serial number. Recently, I installed a new computer and just copied the software over and it runs fine. The problem is that I cannot upgrade it. When I moved it over, it installed the serial number which came with my original purchase which was 2.16a. I am currently running 3.1.0.499 which shows an invalid serial number when it starts. That is the same message that I receive when I try to update. Sadly to say, I have lost the link and original serial number which I receive in Feb. 2009. Any help for me?
