Pinout for RJ45 on 5.7 OmniTouch?

Does anyone have the pinout for the RJ45 connection on the OmniTouch 5.7 (not the 5.7e)?  I need to know which wires/pins to connect to the OmniPro board, and I don't have the pigtail that comes with the 5.7.  Thanks.

2 - Green - Console B
5 - Red - Console V+
