So we just lost power AGAIN. Issue is that we immediately get a battery trouble issue as soon as we lose power. I went down to double check the voltage on the batteries and we BOTH batteries are above 12 V. Manuals says that low battery trouble should occur at 11.2 V. That is issue number one.
Now I was trying to check the voltage I knocked one of the leads off the battery. We currently have no power. Now the panel will not come back on. Is this normal? I read through the manual I did not see anything about starting up on the battery. I remember something about having to do something special when you had no AC. Hopefully I did not damage the panel.
Christmas eve, must be a present from our power company. Merry Christmas.
