i have two 3 ton units cool only, no heat on my units, i installed the fan to the number 8 on hai, the cold to number 7 the 24v to 1 and the common to number3 on the omnistat. both units turn on, and works for a couple of minutes some time or hours, but suddenly they shutdown, and when i go to see what happened it appears as if the thermostats reset because the set temp goes back to 82. Im from panama, so here we dont have heat on our systems so we use 3 cables plus the common. I think maybe the common from the transformer doesnt have what it takes to power correctly the thermostat, what should i do to fix this buy the 30a00 (power supply) or put a 24vac transformer to the thermostat?
i saw the instruction of the 30A00 but i see it connects also to the heat part on the hvac and my unit doesnt have that.
