I recently purchased the HAI C3 to work with my OmniPro II and nextalarm.com monitoring. However, I can't get the C3 to transmit to the Nextalarm.com servers. I have verified that the C3 is working. I can make calls to and from the C3 through the Omnipro. I have hooked up a phone to the system to and could hear the intial handshake and I could hear the Omnipro sending the alarm information but the OmniPro never received the kiss-off/final handshake from Nextalarm.com servers. BTW, I'm using Contact ID.
Anyone had any luck with the C3 and nextalarm.com? Any other suggestions on other monitoring companies to try because I haven't had any luck with NextAlarm.com's customer service.
