Programming a GE Security system

I called Ultimate and they told me that record show they did not change the default password (I suppose that alone should make me nervous about them) - they walked me through verifying that over the phone. Now I need a programming manual (which they refused to provide).

Did the programing manual help?

If you want a concord programming manual let me know I can copy one for you. I take them over all the time.
I have an older GE Concord 3 that came with my house that I am trying to find the installer, dealer and master user codes for but don't want to brute force entering 10,000 codes to figure it out.  I have been reading on several forums that people have purchased EEPROM programmers and are reading the codes off the EEPROM.  I am bought an EEPROM programmer and tried to use PonyProg software to read my new Concord 4 EEPROM to see what I could see but it seems to have messed up some of the data and now cause me a couple of issues.  My first question is do you know what EEPROM programmer and software that I would need to do this?  My second question is do you know where I can purchase just the EEPROMs to fix my old board so I can use it and possible by one for my new Concord 4 if I can't fix the Bus 4 failure issue that it seems to have now?
