Must be weatherproof but touchscreen still easily usable, what happens if screen surface is wet? Must be weatherproof, but still able to use speaker & mic w/ good volume & quality. Use existing doorbell wiring for charging circuit. Maintain functionality of existing door chime. Support SIP standard and all settings available to user. Should be more than just an app for reliability (custom ROM w/ ability to self monitor and recover).
