I gave HAI a call yesterday and spoke to Robert who answered some questions for me about my RC2000 - but based on what he said I am not seeing what I think is the "correct" behavior.
He indicated that with my duel fuel system if everything is working correctly and I have it properly hooked up - that I would see a second arrow next to heat when the aux heat (gas furnace) is energized. It got down to around 20 last night, I have my cutoff set to 37. I had very hot air coming out of the vents, which means my gas furnace was on - however the RC2000 still only had a single arrow next to heat. I liked that my old thermostat would flash up Aux to indicate the secondary heat source was on. Does anyone have an RC2000 with duel fuel and if so do you get any kind of indicator when aux heat is on? I wonder if somehow I have mine not configured correctly.
