Rebuilding my HA servers - recommendations on energy efficient PC?

I am rebuilding my HA server and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on an energy efficient PC I can start with. I am running Homeseer and Cinemar MainLobby Server. I will need to include a multi-port serial card (using 8 currently) and I was planning to go SSD to save more energy and increase response time. I will also need space for a couple of sound cards to run audio. I am assuming integreated graphics to again save energy. Any pointers to motherboard combos or bare bones systems would be appreciated. Thanks.

Depends on how much performance versus power you want. The Intel I3-2120T is a 35W Dual core 4 thread processor. The are lower powered atom processors but I have not looked at them much. I'm looking to build a low powered server but I still want some performance.
