RedRadio touchscreens - opinions

I am sorry, I thought the original post was asking about RAD-I/O primarily, with a followup question about UTMA.

RelayTouch-UTMA does support video. Its only limitation is that it will be limited to about 15 frames per second. It works well for things like front door cameras, even multiple cameras at one time.

Is this something can could be corrected via a firmware upgrade in the UTMA, or is a function of the video chip in the display?

First generation Media Center extenders (including the XBox 1) used RDP sessions to share video between devices, so it has been done before to get 30fps from a thin client. However, I'm not sure if there was extra hardware/video compression/etc to make that work....

UTMA is actually a Windows Terminal Services session running on the host PC, and rendered over Ethernet on the UTMA. I believe the limitation is in the bandwidth (100mb). When we get our next batch of units ready, I should have a few for eval purposes.
