I am ready to begin my first HA project and need some infomation on product capabilities. I just purchased an existing home and want to get the lighting automated. I'm going to use z-wave switches (I'm going with z-wave because it's cheaper than upb but more reliable than x10). My question is, what is a relatively cheap remote that will be able to control my lighting, home entertainment components and eventually climate control? I was looking at the Harmony 890 remote by logitech but wasnt sure if it can control everything that I want. Also, I was looking at the Philips Pronto, but its on the expensive side. Any help would be appreciated.
