Has anybody played around with these RTI Keypads? Looks like they are easy to interface with most anything and the multi-color programmable backlight could be fun.
I looked at RTI stuff last year at Ehx and while I really liked the keypads, it seemed very difficult to actually interface to anything. I think you need to use their RS232 controller and program that with specific codes to do anything. The guys in the RTI booth were not very helpful either. That was last year so things may have changed.

Actually the keypads can be used as a standalone controller, all IR codes are stored in the keypad. It is very simple to interface to your existing setup with an IR hub. Another great combination is the use of the keypad to trigger stored macros on one of RTI's remote control processors.

RTI is sending us one to see if we can run MainLobby natively on their k4 inwall. It has a nice look and form factor so I'm curious to see how well MainLobby will run on it. I'll keep you posted on our findings.
