SAUX or VAUX for GE 250-CO carbon monoxide detector

Quick question that I don't see answered in either the Elk m1 manual or the GE 250-CO manual:

Do you attach CO detectors to SAUX or VAUX? I.e., do CO detectors such as the GE require a temporary power disruption to unlatch from the alarm state, like a smoke detector does? It doesn't say in the 250-CO manual, although it does say "Input Voltage 12 or 24vDC supplied by control panel or resettable auxiliary power supply"

12VDC constant. They do not latch per se. They have a silence/hush button on them.
