Can an Elk touch screen be surface mounted? I am stuck with surface mount for most things and this would be a deal breaker!

Although they stick out a little, they really are designed to be flush mounted. When flush mounted, they stick out a little more than a half an inch.

Old House, plaster and lathe walls, no dependable wall cavities so no internal wiring. Installation will not be permanent because any new stuff that comes out 5 or 10 years down the line will require a different size backbox. I may decide to change the way I use the space in the house and I want to be able to move the screens easily without leaving huge holes in the wall to be patched, etc.AutomatedOutlet said:
