Tech and monitoring recommendation for Elk M1G in LA

Hi all, I have just rented out my house with the M1G that I installed. The new tenant would like to add a monitoring service that I never used so I am looking for recommendations for companies in the Los Angeles area that may have worked out well for others. I have the M1XEP, so a company that can do Internet connectivity would be a plus.

Location doesn't matter unless you want a local central station. Check out NextAlarm or AlarmRelay. Nobody does 'retail' direct ip monitoring yet that I've seen.
