Terminating Shielded Direct Burial CAT 6

So I've terminated hundreds of non shield CAT 6... I was asked to install some outdoor cameras at remote gates so I pulled cat 6, solid wire, shielded direct burial cable. My existing RJ-45 plugs have a sleeve which allows the inside wires to slip into however this shielded CAT 6 I'm dealing with has wires that are thicker and impossible to slid into the sleeve. Also, the outer jacket is too big such that my outlet plug doesn't slid over the top.

One side of the cable connects to cameras housing (inside), wire travels through conduit, then other end connects to equipment inside enclosure.

What RJ-45 plugs do you guys purchase?

I've avoided shielded so far.

Looking at Amazon, there are several options.

Is punching down an option, with factory patch cable jumpers? Might be easier, cheaper, and more reliable.

Either buy the correct ends for the application or terminate to a patch panel or similar, then patch through to your equipment.
