Timed lighting

Im having a tough time figuring out how to program a light to turn on after sunset and turn off at 11pm.  I want the light to turn on 35mins after sunset (which is simple enough) but when i input the action to turn on the light i am only able to turn it on for a set number of hours/minutes.  I currently have it set for 4 hours but in the winter it turns off at 9pm and in the summer it turns off at 1am.  How can i have them turn off at a specific time?
 
 
My current code is as follows:
 
Timed 35 mins after sunset MTWTFSS 
                                            Then Front Soffit On for 4 Hours.

TIMED 11:01 PM MTWTFSS
