tv wall mount that holds a dvr

I am looking for a wall mount for a 50" lcd tv that tilts and am also looking to hide a tivo on the wall behind the tv. I know I have seen these and am just not using the correct search terms. Anyone know of any mounts that will do this?

I think this accessory from Chief might do the trick. Not the cheapest mounts but very high quality.
