Off topic, but at my church there are various light loads that are not part of the DMX "stage" lighting system. I am interested in finding a way to send DMX signals from the light board that will control UPB devices.
Has anyone tried this???
How many lights are we talking about? Are these dimmable loads? If the DMX supports controlling relays, you have several options, you just need a controller that can convert the relay signal back to UPB (i.e. ELK M1 EZ8).
