UPB/ZWave/Insteon version of a socket rocket?

Hello all, its been a while since I have been on the forum (divorce sort of got in the way of all automation projects)... Anyway, I am in a rental temporarily which has the most annoying light switch placement (e.g. have to leave the room, walk down the hallway to turn on the light) and I wanted to put in some socket rocket equivalents with a stick on switch. Is X10 my only option?

Thanks, ZWave has a socket rocket, but no stick on switch, UPB has a stick on switch that is considerably more expense ~250 for receiver and switch. I think I'll stick with X10 on this one, thanks for the information tho!
