Vista 20p zone desccriptors

I didn't do what I was told when I programmed my panel. I named each zone but did not write them down. Is there an easy way to get names and descriptors from the panel? I really don't want to go and open every window and door to check them.

got it or at least one way *82 goes down the list. Think I'll write them down
