What is an inexpensive (but still decent) motion detector that works with an ELK system?

I have 4 Bosch blue line for indoor that work well:

Bosch ISC-BPQ2 Blue Line Gen2 Quad PIR Motion Detector
Sold by: J. A. Mac, Inc.
Condition: new
Quantity: 1
$38.45 each

I don't think these are the cheapest but they work well for me. I tried another type motion detector that cost $15 but it gave false alarms.

My 2 cents.

Found the PN for the Bosch replacement for the 835I:

ISC-BDL2

The issue I have with the ISC-BPQ2 is that even though it's a quad, it's still a PIR and succeptable to the same falses as a normal PIR, albeit on a smaller scale. Also not "pet friendly" which is huge if you're installing these in a lot of applications or have the potential to have an animal roam into the protected area (garage, barn, etc.)

I would recommend checking out Aleph's AL-40. It is a very cost effective motion sensor that comes with a pet immune lens. They are reliable, cheap, and I've never had a customer bring one back.

The Ademco Aurora meets your criterion. Can be found for less than $30. I've installed a ton of them. These type come in many of the Honeywell "kits".
