what is the difference between honeywell and Intelisense

I was looking around for some accessories for my Vista 20P panel and see a lot of Intelisense boards and sensors.  Are they compatible with Vista?
 
Specifically the S3201.
 
I am mainly looking for a zone expander at the moment.
