<1" thick!!!! now that is one bad little touchscreen... and a manufacturer with an easy in-wall mounting plate. Dang, looks like i'm gonna have to make a call, though with legrand involved i imagine this is gonna be well over a grand

You got that right. Since these are tablet PCs, they will more than likely be over two grand. Plus, they have a 2.5" hard drive inside of them (this means a bit of noise, and a bit more heat). Personally, I am going with the Touchtronix. They are more expensive, but they have no moving parts (no noise), can be recessed mounted, can be powered remotely (via 18/2), and only require one PC.
