Where to wire in the ELK-1RT

One quick question: I purchased an ELK-1RT and I'm wondering if I can hook this to output 2. It says that it draws 1.2 amps which is more than the 1 amp that output 2 is limited to. If not output 2 what is the proper method of connecting ELK-1RT?

Are you sure you're not referring to the ELK-150RT siren? I didn't see a current draw for the speaker alone. Do a search here on these forums, it has been discussed before. I say the 150RT over currents the M1 and I use an auxiliary power supply. Others disagree.

You can connect it to output 2 with no problem. It will draw about 700 ma.
