Window Contact in Series

I am installing new windows and 1 open close window opening will become 2.

I have 1 pair of wires at the Window. I was thinking of placing 2 contacts wired in series. Will the panel handle that. In this wiring diagram, if either window is opened the circuit is broken and should alert the panel.

Thoughts?

Sure. Easy enough to jump a pair of wires from the existing contact to the added window. Would somewhat negate the supervisiory value of an EOLR and a specific contact, but unless each device is on it's own zone, no foul.

Should be same as wiring 6 individual windows in a room to a single zone.
Use one EOL resistor for the entire zone and ensure everything is wired in series.
