Wireless RF units on eBay

Has anyone used any of the small wireless units found on eBay? Typically a keyfob transmitter and small receiver that controls some relays. Do they work OK? Any issues? I have one already I picked up about one year ago but have never fired it up. Looking to see if I might want to incorporate some of these into my HA setup

AllEllectronics has two types of recievers with FOB's. Very reasonable. I use them both for a couple of years with no issues.
