WL3 on/off display for "Control" items

Took me a while to work out the kinks but I now have WL3 up and running except for one item. When I view the control page which shows the status of my UPB lighting, it shows all lights "off" even though many are actually on. I can use WL3 to manually turn a light on/off but it does not show the true status of a light otherwise.
I am using 100% Simply Automated UPB switches...no HAI switches. Is WL3 product specific (HAI only) in this area or have I overlooked something in the setup?

Paul,

Does the status show up correctly on a console or touchscreen? If not, I suspect you don't have your switches set up properly to report their status. The following HAI Knowledge Base article may help:
