I just signed up for service tonight. I got my TG-1 Express working in the matter of minutes with them on the phone, but the XEP is throwing the communication error you are all experiencing. I am a software engineer by trade and have a lot of networking background so if I can be of any assistance in tracking this down please let me know. I see that someone already took traces and I am waiting for a call back from their IT department.
Are these sort of problems still happening with Alarm Relay? I'm setting up my new M1 and I can't find anyone else who has native support for reporting via the M1XEP.
