My research taught me that comcast blocks the traffic at the network level by policy. Once I adhered to their policy it worked. I suggest you review the COX policies carefully to see what they will permit. I never got SMTP2GO working myself but that does not mean much... I did not break our fiddler to snoop the traffic, etc.
