I have used a number of GRI VS-06 contacts on many windows and they have worked well.

There are many different types of Terminal Blocks out there that could be used.

It is NOT compatible and I do not think Omni has a similar device.

We have installed dozens of 21iP with no issues. Internet monitoring a snap when set up properly. Internet Accessibility is achieved with Total Connect 2.0 which is a added cost up and above monitoring.

Teflon pipe thread tape. A thin  double wrap at the bulb side of the thread and life is good. Had this problem with 4 Crafsman chain drive openers and it solved it. 

4204  relay module is made to be wired into honeywell compatible panel keypad wiring and controlled thru the panels programing. Not Compatible.with Omni

Honeywell makes a 3/4 to 3/8 adapter part# 913-WH or 913-Br about $.35 per unit, that you might look at if the 3/4" hole is your option.But I agree smaller is better.

On your keypad use the chime button to toggle Off Beeps Voice

And take ALOT OF GOOD PICTURES OF EVERYTHING you run. It can be priceless when the drywall is up.
