    Can't enroll M1XEP

Thought maybe there was an issue with my work laptop I was using. So I used an old desktop I had. It's running ME but works fine. Checked the ip and set it to 192.168.0.102. Ping the XEP at 192.168.0.251 and get "request timed out". I'm just about to give up!

    Can't enroll M1XEP

I'll play around with that a little. That all makes sense, I just need to know how to get there. I'm currently logged onto my router Netgear N300 WNR2000v2. Under the LAN setup, the "use router as DHCP server" is checked. I'm confused because the starting IP Address is 192.168.1.2 and ending...

Oh yeah, I've got the jumper thing and can switch from static to DHCP easily. I just can't get the two to connect.

    Can't enroll M1XEP

I'm confused, the directions say above to enroll the XEP through the keypad yet everyone says it's not. I can't find the XEP through ELKRP. I do the search and nothing is found. The lost comm issue started when I started working on the XEP.

    Can't enroll M1XEP

Trying to enroll my xep and having no luck. I've got it set to DCHP, got a blinking green light (about every 3 sec). when I try to enroll it at my keypad, I get a KP Addr1 lost comm. Any ideas where to start? I'm not a computer genius but I can usually figure this stuff out.

    Elkrp software update

I'm putting off the xep for now and trying to update the RP software. I've been running ver 1.6. I can't download ver 2 on the current computer that I'm using to connect to the control for various reasons. I have a new computer that has ver2 loaded. Is there an easy way to get my current...

    enrolling M1xep

This is where the question starts to get dumb. I do have RP, and thought that it was the box that says "RP access code". When I started RP it was blank. I put in a code but that didn't work. so am I in the right box?
