What is the correct syntax when setting up the email on the M1 to have it send the following. 1. System time of the event? 2. In the case of a alarm which zone was Violated? as I have it right now the emails I have it sending me are good just lacking details.

I have tested the tandem bus and it works just fine set off one and the rest go off... just the relay does not work on the tandem bus just you use the test on the 350CX.

I have just installed Two GE350 and One GE350CX smokes and cannot get the relay to activate on the tandem circuit hooked to my ELK panel. To be clear: The smokes all test well on the tandem circuit and the relay activates when the 350CX is tested? but only on the 350CX not when the other two...

Problem solved RS232 JP-3 was off on M1XSP

I have links already setup and can get ELK to activate then. The problem is that ELK does not respond to links that are activated by UPB switches....seems comunications is only one way ELK to UPB not UPB to ELK.

Hello I have got my Elk talking to my UPB switches but what I would like to do now is have my UPB switches activate rules in my ELK. at present I seem to be one way only ELK to UPB and unable to go UPB to ELK.... Thanks
