8 or more HAI RC1000 Thermostats?

I have 8 thermostats in a house, conected to an omni pro 2. The system will not see any thermostat adressed 8 or higher? Is this a setting in Pc access? I have done this in other houses, on with 8, another with 11 thermostats, and have never had to change a setting to my knowledge??? Any ideas?

Yes I do have an ER temp sensor, which is on zone 8 for humidity and 9 for temp.
I have found a way to see the t-stat finally, it works when it is adressed as t-stat number 25??? Wierd, yet works... any explanation on this?

A themostat and temperature/humidity sensor can't share the same thermostat/zone number.
