ACT ZWave dimmer upsidedown

Dear all,

From the document on ACT website:
Tapping top of the switch turns the load ON.
Tapping bottom of the switch turns the load OFF.

Can I just install the switch upsidedown (tap top turns OFF, tap bottom turns ON)?

I live in hongkong it seems the British standard reverse USA.

When I tap the ACT ZWave dimmer and turn on the light, what is the dim level? weak, bright, or the previous dim level?
