As I understand it, a web IP type camera will not integrate into the HomeRemote menu unless you are using the TZO service. I know I could not make mine work.
I was able to use my IP camera by assigning it to a certain port and forwarding that port # to the camera's IP address. I am using DynDNS with one address for my router and I let the router forward the assigned port # to the proper hardware. (myaddress

I use HomeSeer2 on a dedicated PC to manage my HA. I also use the same PC to manage my security cameras. In my case the Hawking wireless IP camera did not work out anywhere near as good as a wired camera with a PC capture card. I picked up a refurbished P4 for a few hundred $ a while back for HA use and that has worked out well. It has enough horsepower to manage two cameras and HS2. I set it up to auto reboot and operate in the event the UPS drops off.
I still have the Hawking Gateway connected as a backup control. I am guessing that it would be excellent for a remote location that a person would not be at all of the time. The features per $ are also attractive.
