Looking at the detailed pictures - just noticed that I have a similiar one of these purchased a few years back.
The label I have on mine shows it to be made by Intermec Technologies Corporation. Model # 5055.
I think it was used by UPS drivers in a truck. I made a PS for it using a PS from a laptop. It is only supplying 12VDC. Its been a while but guessing that my PS was inside of the unit. Mine didn't come with a stand. Its also labeled with draw of 12VDC and 2.8 amps. I don't recall the speed of the CPU but remember wanted to tweak the Bios to overclock some. I also remember never finding XP NIC drivers so ended up using a PCMCIA Network card with it.
The bottom of mine has one PCMCIA slot, one CF card slot and one HD slot. I originally configured it using a notebook drive in the HD slot. (Notebook IDE slot). The unit is very solid and well put together.
