Aton HDcomponent 4x4 matrix over cat5 distribution kit

Did anyone use or had any experience with this specific Component Matrix switch?
http://www.atonhome.com/HDR44KT.html

I was looking to distribute to HD tv's from a central location and I like the fact that the kit comes with the wall plates IR receivers and emitters and it uses CAT5 distribution and has 4 independent IR zones along with a common zone output

Just looking to see if anyone had any experience and how well does it work?

Thanks

There's been some discussion about that unit over on the AVS forums

Aton HDR44 Review

It seems pretty good, but I would be concerned about two things:

1) No RS232 control, so integrating with any HA package may be a bit tricky
2) I'm biased towards HDMI over component since that's what I use so take this with a good dose of salt, but there's going to come a day (sooner rather than later I feel) that component is going to fall by the wayside. If you're going to use Blu-Ray with this unit, that day will be here VERY soon. By the end of this year, any NEW players will be required do downgrade component output to SD. In addition, studios can ALREADY (although none have yet) force this downgrade on a disc-by-disc basis (using something called the Image Constraint Token).
