Auth code when accessing keypad is failing

Hey folks,
 
I forgot what this code is. I am able to disarm/arm using my 4 digit code. However, when I go inside Programming in keypad, it's asking for an auth code. I tried my 4 digit code and it didn't work.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What type of alarm system is it?

You can find it in ElkRP under Globals if you can get in that way.  I think if you can't get in at all and lost it you have to send the control in.
