Automated Outlet - CLASS ACT!

You might want to change the subject heading for this thread... when I first read "Automated Outlet - CLASS ACT!", I thought it meant "Class Action", as in Class Action Lawsuit! I was thinking to myself... "No way... it can't be true!" ;)

I am also a happy customer of Automated Outlet.
 
I think AO is having problems with the website. I tried contacting them on Monday through the website and today through live chat and cant get a reply.

Just tried to call them and no answer in Customer Service. They must behaving a fire drill or getting ready for a fire sale ;)

Super fast shipping! I ordered an ELK Receiver Wednesday night and I got it this morning via priority mail.

I wish the INsteon stuff I ordered elsewhere the same night would show up today.......... but I seriously doubt that.

When we spoke I was confident that you would ship out the next morning. I often use priority mail and I was sure it would make it here. The 7 business day shipping from another vendor takes 2 to 3 weeks sometimes. And the 14 to 16 business days for etched buttons many times takes over 20.

When I really have to have something by a certian date I always go to you if you carry the product.
 
Being the lucky individual referenced above who has accepted a position with Automated Outlet, I would have to say that all posts in this thread are spot-on - Martin is just a really nice guy (but since he'll be signing my checks now, of course I'm gonna say that right?) ;)

I have been a customer of AO for a while now, and each time I've come to his shop, Martin and his team have bent over backwards to be helpful for my particular situation - patient, understanding, and funny. Seeing how great the atmosphere was there led me to joke on several occasions about when he was going to hire me on. I never thought it would actually happen... Here's hoping I earn my keep!

It's great to see that I'm coming to work at an establishment that obviously has the respect of the community-at-large. I am stoked about becoming a part of this outfit.... :P May 5th can't come fast enough! (famous last words right?)
