Okay thank you, I found a fix. Just to check the memory box. Everything is now perfect,

I do not use http://user[email protected] ......... because I think I have to setup my IE and bypass securtity.
 
I just check the ''remember me" box in the pop up window and now Blue Iris can turn the o1 to 1 !!!
