Best way to handle this.... newbie alert

Ok I am looking for suggestions. I have to warn you that I have not written a single rule or task. What I want to do is to fire off a task when I press my keyfob to arm the system and there are zones that are violated. Any ideas as to how to do this effectively

Hi,

I have button 1 on my keyfobs set to "Key Momentary Arm Away" in the "Keyfob Events" panel in Wireless setup. I then have the following rule:

Whenever RF Keyfob button 1 is activated
AND Area1 Arm State=Disarmed
Then Chrip the outside siren 4 times.

I am not really checking for violated zones, just a fail to arm condition (which is probably caused by violated zones).
