can you show your thermostat pages and your energy page?

hehe... um... as soon as those pages actually exist I'll post a couple of pics:) This TS is still a work in progress right now and what you see up there is pretty much all I have at the moment. I still need to create the HVAC and Power page and I also need to put the security status on there and create a security page as well. Hopefully I'll make some progress over the next few days.

And in answer to your previous question, I use the TED to get my energy data.

This is a real nice setup. can you give some info on what model screen that is and what HA software you are running?

Thanks. The touchscreen is a 15 inch ELO ET1545L-8UWC-1. I'm running HomeSeer 2 and the touchscreen uses their HSTouch software.

How did you run power to the screen? I'm looking to do the same thing and would like to do it in code. I have a similar model of ELO touchscreen which has a 120V AC IEC cord.

I simply installed a junction box and outlet in the wall. I suspect that's probably not to code, but I don't loose sleep over it.

The only other thing I've seen people suggest is to install an enclosure like one of thses...

Some of them allow you to mount an outlet on the bottom and then you could keep everything contained within the enclosure. You'd just have to make sure you got one sized right to fit the monitor without being too big.
