Calling home - ELK-M1TWA and Answering Machine

I have the ELK-M1TWA attached to my M1G and I want to be able to call in from my cell phone (while at work, on vacation, or whereever). I have an answering machine at home which I want to handle most incoming calls.

How do I configure this thing so that I can access the ELK-M1TWA while my answering machine still handles most calls?

I use just the built in Elk M1 hang up ring, set something like 6 rings, where I let it ring 3 times, hang up then call back again and Elk will answer.

I tried that last night but I had the "Rings to Answer" set to 0....which I believe may mean disable that capaiblity. I'll set it to 6 rings and try again this evening.
