Cams that work with Snaplink

Anyone have any suggestions for IP cams that work well with snaplink? I am looking to set up a baby monitor initially then expand to security.

I can't believe no one has answered this.

Snap-Link can use any camera that has a URL because it basically just launches your web browser. This is the most flexible solution because almost every IP camera has a web browser interface. Most use an ActiveX control or a Java applet which is automatically downloaded by the browser.

Snap-Link Mobile has a built in viewer and supports cameras that can stream MJPEG, or have still frame JPG support. If you have Snap-Link Mobile take a look at the getting started guide for more info about cameras. You can also view this on line at www.HomeAuto.com.

I know that Panasonic and Axis are popular brands but this not necessarily a recommendation or endorsement. I personally have an older Panasonic with pan and tilt but that particular model is no longer available.

Of course which ever camera you use you will have to set up port forwarding in your router...

A baby monitor, or really a baby sitter monitor, is a good application. People also use Snap-Link to check on and even feed their pets while away from home...
